Not uncommon to see two 67's parked up. Usually in connection with drags or route learning, but can be there when switching locos over to balance mileages.

Wrexham liveried 67 012 and jubillee 67 026 parked there as of 05:00 this morning

Tyne Valley drags?

A few days a year East Coast services are dragged by diesel locomotives (or in the case of HSTs, run under their own power) via the Tyne Valley line between Newcastle and Carlisle, before proceeding to Edinburgh via Carstairs.

Tyne valley diversions finished at 12:00. HST's are now being diagrammed back to their normal positions.

As others have basically said, 67012 did the honours on the 225 drags over the Tyne Valley on Saturday. 67026 has been the regular thunderbird, though it was responsible for working the "drags" last Saturday.
