It is not surprising that the OP has managed to escalate being removed from a train to being prosecuted.
We have got legal advice ! Which was to say nothing, whilst we accept this advice, we both feel it is morally wrong! To not explain the issue

@Gemma c it sounds like advice is not required in this thread, so I am locking this thread until an outcome has been reached.

Please report this post when the matter goes to court and let us know the details, as it will be interesting to see what happens.

But until then I don't think we are going to get anywhere with this thread.
