Yes, I was balloted for strike action and action short of a strike when I was a TSSA member after a union official was (rightly) managed out of the organisation. This was on Virgin West Coast. (I abstained)Not sure that’s entirely fair. Can you cite an example of where an “attempt to manage or monitor performance” has lead to industrial action being threatened by a rail union?
