I'm starting my new job at the end of the month, and have to go to the company's head office in the docklands for 3 days of training. I'm currently stopping with my parents near Bedford, so figure it's easiest to travel from there on the Wednesday morning, either going from Flitwick or Milton Keynes Central into London. They've booked me into a hotel on the Wednesday and Thursday nights, so I then plan to travel back to Flitwick/MK on Friday evening, before travelling on to Cheltenham (where I'll be based) on the Saturday or Sunday.
I notice that there are only day tickets (singles, travelcards and returns) available from Flitwick and Milton Keynes, although the Virgin Trains Only Anytime Day Single available from Milton Keynes, priced at £10.90 (with a 16-25 Railcard), seems fairly reasonable.
So, I have 2 questions:

So, I have 2 questions:
- Is it possible to go from Flitwick/MKC to London, then back to Flitwick/MKC 2 days later, then to Cheltenham a day or 2 after that for less than the approximate £50 (with railcard) I've found fares for (£10.90 MKC-EUS, £11.55 EUS-MKC, £24.95 MKC-CNM + tube/DLR journeys)?
- What's the best way to get to the PricewaterhouseCoopers building on Marsh Wall (my company's office is near there) from either the WCML or MML during peak hours?
