Getting to be substantial delays. Does anyone know what overran? Dealing with the proper repairs to the earlier broken rails?

Was on the 1130 Edinburgh to Kings Cross - sat outside Retford for about 5 to 10 minutes but that was it.

Feel for the TOC staff on the ECML. Nightmare time of it the last wee while.

Believe it was a problem with the High Output Track Renewal Train and not linked to a previous issue.

Lucky you, I was on 1000 kgx-abd and ended up arriving 68L into edb after departing kgx on time. At least it wasn't 59 minutes late, so my delay repay is in the post....

Correct, and subsequent tamper issues. What a fortnight!!

They have a backlog of around 3 weeks for those at the moment so the chances of getting it within the advertised 10 days are low at the moment


Emergency engineering work again between Newark North Gate and Grantham delays of up to 1 hour till at least 12:00

All services now have free WIFI due to the disruption
