Does anyone know when was the last time a pair of 20s worked a Railtour on the former Southern Region through Wimbledon & also into Liverpool Street?

I think that 20s on the Wimbledon to Sutton line could be a first unless any of the 20/9s made it there on the weedkillers back in the 1990s (I remember seeing 20901 & 20904 at Tulse Hill heading for Streatham). I wonder what they will make of the bank up from West Sutton into Sutton - the "Wall of Death"? The gradient from Morden Road up to St Helier is also quite severe and given the speed restriction over the bridge just before Morden Road station, there's potential for lots of thrash.

Why would they be at a Freightliner depot? I suspect it will depend on which are the tour locos and what workings they are on tomorrow

Guessing it will be grotty mark ones - it is a pathfinder tour after
all - to think they have the cheek to charge an 'arm and a leg' not to mention a torso... for such 'delights' !
