Phone GPS isn't that accurate but I also saw similar speeds on my phone on the mainline. The units are rated for 100mph and there are sections of the route where this is a permitted speed.

So there's no need to be so touchy. ;)

They aren't,they are permitted for a maximum speed of 90mph.

Which, given that there is a 3mph error allowance on the railway and that a GPS ( dedicated receiver; not a phone app ) is accurate to +/- 1% means a GPS could feasibly show in the region of 94mph and no rules would be being broken.
