I have heard that the 93 is going to perform test runs on the North Wales coast in July from Crewe , has anyone else heard this and is this correct ?

ROG have posted images of 93002 at Portbury Docks on LinkedIn and advise its heading north to Worksop today.

I think it will be more to do with cost, need to undertake a fitness to run inspection etc that Road was chosen vs using Rail

Any news on this did it get to Worksop
There are pics on Flickr of it at Membury on Monday night so should have got there today

Talk of 93002 being dragged by a Colas 37 from Worksop to Tyseley tomorrow (Thursday). Keep an eye on Real Time Trains diagram around Derby at 18.13.

IIRC 93001 had to visit Tyseley for some wheel profile work. Maybe the same ?

Delivered into Worksop Wednesday, due to the route the move took 3 days, was always planned to deliver into Worksop on Wednesday
