No. 2 for me, purely because it summed up the summer's weather in much of the UK!

Some really good shots this week, but equally some dire ones! I plumped for 12, a well taken photograph. It was either that or 7, but I think the focus is slightly adrift in 7.

14 is the best photo in this competition, by far, and even if it is of a MTU, admitting its better than my mere entry. The rest, well, the pun is too obvious, with the rainy weather and that, photography wise, my dog could do better.

I like 16 but being as its B&W and is off classic stock, it doesnt really say "summer 2009" very nice picture all the same though.

Im split between 12 and 14.

I was going to enter but the only fairly decent one I could find was a couple of days passed the cutoff period. Oh well.

Thanks guy's, yes, that was mine . Note the long black thing in the grass that looks like a snake! After zooming in on it, I can tell you its a some kind of hose or something.

Not bad for my first attempt, maybe one day an overseas pic might win.
