That seems to be almost an anagram (CARS + LIE) but missing the second L and with no anagram indicator. I do not think it is a sound clue. If I were constructing an anagram clue it would be something like "cellar is reorganized". that is containing all of the letters to be included and giving an instruction on how to arrive at the answer.

I try to hold to the principle that a clue need not mean what it says but it must say what it means.

"Garden of Eden pigs" could be a nickname for Garden of Eden Pigmentation serum, supposed to prolong life.

The serum is rich in vitamin E.

So if this station was made of it, it would be eeee..r..ly.
