Thanks for the memories. 2005 to 2012, I lived on Victoria Dock and then King George V Dock. I spent many pleasant hours in the museum.May be of interest.

I also had an opportunity of a few hours in their archives - a truly captivating time. It led to a discovery of a superb aerial photo showing KGV Dock in active use in the postwar era. I had the photo reproduced in large and hung in my lounge.
Thanks for the reply.Nice capture. The sun was a fickle thing this morning. I first tried south Petersfield but the sky was too grey, so I returned to Bedhampton. A still photo is on my thread, post #257.
