DBS 60007 has been noted at carlisle for the past few days allocated to 'training', is this the Scottish drivers being re-trained to drive them again in Scotland to the likes of Irvine/dalry/aberdeen soon. Should the actual engine meant to be in Scotland to allow the drivers to regain route knowledge on them?

How many 60s are going to be in traffic once the overhaul/repaint on them has finished?

I believe this for the auto-ballaster.
After overhaul of the 60s, I presume 21 will be a regular traffic
Thanks, Sam

I'm sure I heard somewhere that when DB have finished, there should be around half the class 60 fleet back in service. God knows when this will be- not in the near future though.
