The W&C has had a lot of dust problems, actually.

Mainly as a result of it having no open access shafts, just at Waterloo depot.

When you're in the front coach on the Picc, at several points through the journey a huge gust of air enters the carriage through the vents. When I was going north on the Picc on Sat evening, loads of dark grey dust entered the carriage, followed by everyone covering their mouths with scarves and jackets and a smile from everyone in the carriage!

I hadn't even realised the W&C had reopened! Wasn't the engineering work all done during the closure earlier this year?
