Interesting, so do you agree that businesses that refuse service to those without a mask on are technically discriminating and should be held accountable for doing so?All of those would be considered discriminatory. The downside is that to get enforcement, you basically need to sue.
However, as smartphones are available to people of all ages that doesn't count as one. If they didn't provide for people who physically can't use a smartphone due to a disability, then there would be a case to answer. But they don't, legally, have to answer to refuseniks.
