Ok - since nobody else wants a go:

Of which aircraft did Sidney Camm (designer of the Hurricane) say "all aircraft have four dimensions - wingspan, length, height and politics. This one only got the first three right".

Was it the TSR2? I'm fairly sure he was still alive when that flew, although I'm not sure if he lived to see it cancelled.

Thank you.

A very easy one here in the hope that it'll have been answered by the time I'm back on later tonight:

Which popular TV show, last seen 23 years ago, has just filmed a pilot for a return?

You've clearly been following the news this afternoon!

Your Director's chair and megaphone.
Thank you very much.
Here is my question: Quite a difficult one, but still "General" knowledge -

In which Cotswold town is there a blue plaque commemorating the Revd. Edward Stone for discovering the active ingredient in aspirin?

This thread has been dormant for 3 days so I thought I'd revive it.

These initials represent something with which you should all be familiar: MFR, SF, WF, WT, NP.

What is it?

Ah, but only because I read it on a nice, wide-screen desktop computer! :D
(On my phone it's just 'WF', 'WT', 'NP', and '...')

They're the headings at the top of the forum screen: Mark Forums Read, Search Forums, etc.

Quite right; I wonder how many members have even noticed them - I hadn't until the day I set the question.

Your turn...
