cuccir expected the wordsWhere do these appear?

Using Adobe Reader to search the leaflet for the word alteration or the phrase travel plans both return the result

I was just providing a rough guideline (stolen from the East Coast mini-timetable in my wallet) of the sort of text you'd expect, rather than an exact-wording! Actually, the absence of anything stating that 'information may change' is interesting, and a little surprising. I think that 'All information in this leaflet is correct at time of going to print in December 2009' is intended to cover them if facts change, but as it goes I think you'd have a decent case given that there is no warning about potential change (unlike the East Coast timetable that I happened to have at hand)

Brompton Rail, I disagree with your interpretation as a Metrocard is issued on pehalf of Metro, a PTE, therefore does not count as a season for the purposes of condition 19. You therefore have 1 season and 1 non-season, so condition 19, part c allows you to use trains which do not stop at South Elmsall.

This isn't the case. MetroCards covering the appropriate zones are valid on XC Leeds - Wakefield and on EC Bradford/Skipton/Harrogate - Wakefield. See MetroCard terms and conditions.

They are also valid on GC Bradford - Pontefract.

Sorry about that, getting myself confused with the cross boundary travel. As has been said it does say that cross boundary travel is not allowed with a Metrocard and season ticket on EC, XC and EMT. But it seems that some of the arguments against this are perfectly valid, unless there is something we're missing.

For local West Yorkshire Journeys there are no "GC only" fares - only the "Any Permitted" fares
I agree that there are no "GC only" fares within West Yorkshire, but the fares in bold have now been added to the system. Although the fares are owned by Metro, the timing seems to coincide with the start of the GC service.
National Fares Manual NFM 06 CD said:
Bradford Yk Stns - Halifax
rte ANY PERMITTED - SDS 1.95, CDR 2.40 B1, FDS 2.90, SDR 3.00

Bradford Yk Stns - Brighouse
rte ANY PERMITTED - SDS 3.55, CDR 4.10 B1, SDR 5.10
rte DIRECT - SDS 2.10, CDR 2.70 B1, FDS 3.10, SDR 3.45

Bradford Yk Stns - Wakefield Stns
rte ANY PERMITTED - SDS 3.15, CDR 4.00 B1, FDS 4.75, SDR 6.10
rte NOT LEEDS - SDS 3.00, CDR 3.60 B1, FDS 4.60, SDR 5.60

Bradford Yk Stns - Pontefract Stns
rte ANY PERMITTED - SDS 3.15, CDR 4.00 B1, SDR 6.10
rte NOT LEEDS - SDS 3.00, CDR 3.60 B1, FDS 4.60, SDR 5.60
There are similar new fares between other pairs of stations served by GC, but this does not extend beyond the GC route. For example, there are still no First Class Huddersfield - Wakefield Fares, either rte LEEDS or rte NOT LEEDS.
