Can you please inform us if you have attended a Trainee Driver Assessments before? Yes or No.

Well, of course, I can inform them, so should I say yes? Even though I haven't attended one before?

Or do they really mean, have you attended a Trainee Driver Assessment before? If that's the case then-No
