Let's have a go then. The photo hasn't been photoshopped, just used a camera app on my phone.

Not High Brooms. I know it's a tricky one, think more coastal.

The photo is unclear but it has the appearance of....
....Hassocks..

....with an up train from Brighton.

Picking up on the "more coastal" clue, I thought at first that it was one of the stations between Chichester and Havant, but they have concrete platformns --- so I will suggest Pevensey Bay as a first guess.

Tying to be funny but failing by the looks of it. Following on from the Welsh Information guess the other day I was going for Way out as shown on the sign.

The real guess is Hapton.

Oh sorry, lost you there. It was funny though!

Hapton is correct. Was that a guess?

No been there photographing a BLS tour that was on it's way to Padiham probably about 20 years ago. Then went to photograph it when it went to Burn Naze. It had a large logo one end which I think was 971 and a red one.

Anyway next one up.

Not York.

Enclosed picture 47971 passing through Hapton 03/08/91.

Not for the competition just info. You were very unlucky with your choice of station there.
