OK, so more than 2½ hours have passed since the last post, and no sign of ole man. Given I did effectively "win" the right to next picture, does anyone mine if I give us a jumpstart? See what you all make of my extra ammunition...

By the way, are NIR/IE stations [still?] permitted at this time? My next shot will not be from either - that much is obvious from the shot - but clarification would help...

Oh no; sorry. I'm just used to it! Back in the days when this quiz was young, and I was on it for about 33½ hours a day (exaggeration obviously; not a typo), we kind of insisted on it to keep things rolling. I should have assumed as much!
