Congratulations (again) to everyone who has their start date!

Congrats and well done! You’re right it’s a stressful time. I bet you’re relieved! So, sat my stage 2 assessment on Wednesday, felt like I fluffed the PC part, which I would say was more difficult than I was expecting but passed nonetheless. Had email confirmation this morning of a successful SJE and MMI too, which again I felt like I could've done better but only because I had one or two questions I wasn't expecting. Fair play to everyone who puts themselves through this, it's quite a stressful process! Feel free to ask any questions for anyone preparing for it.
Now to prepare for the DMI. If anyone has any hints/tips I'd be most grateful. I'm guessing it's been quite a quick turn around so far, 4 months application to Stage 1, 4 weeks to Stage 2, so possibly an interview next month?

Written communication test is usually a storyboard of pictures and you have to write what's happening. Checks your legibility and how you communicate what's happening.Sorry quick question what is the written communication test about? And trainability test about?
Written communication test is usually a storyboard of pictures and you have to write what's happening. Checks your legibility and how you communicate what's happening.
It's fairly straight forward. Don't rush and take your time making sure what you write is easily understandable. I don't think they're looking for you to finish it all. (I didn't)Thanks for that

Never did that one obviously optional depending on toc requirementWritten communication test is usually a storyboard of pictures and you have to write what's happening. Checks your legibility and how you communicate what's happening.
That’s correct. I know SWR do this too, but am aware not all do. It’s not the same as enhanced vs national standard with this one though, it’s just that some don’t bother with it as far as I’m aware?Never did that one obviously optional depending on toc requirement
Hi all,
I have my first assessment next week, any tips would be greatly received. I have started to scan the forum so I think I have the gist of it, nervous though. What is the recommended dress for this? I don't want to look out of place, however, I understand it is only 9:00 - 13:00 so I will be heading back to work (rules out a suit).
TIA
Agreed about the shirt/tie combo. If you can’t do a suit, you should still go on the smart side.Hi all,
