Interested to hear how many DM interviews people have sat how many they failed and how they improved their technique

To be clear we are discussing managers interview not assessed and there are unlimited times you can take it

I thought if you failed twice that was game over..?

Managers interviews aren't part of your passable assessments. If you had failed the MMI twice then yes that's a different story... That would be game over but the managers interview, as crucial and important as this interview is, it's judged purely by your potential depot manager, if you fail it as such it just means you either weren't quite who they are looking for attitude wise or maybe your reasoning to their questions weren't quite sufficient but failing a managers interview doesn't mean game over. Hope I've helped. :)

Sat 2 got 2. Have also sat many pcv driver interviews (is it possible to fail them?)
