SOS to anyone who can do HTML.

I'm running the RaikUK Forum's Tube Challenge next month and the winner will get a banner to put on their signature. Thing is, I can't do HMTL. If anyone can, can you reply and help me out? I'll be eternally grateful!

Just after a medium sized banner saying "RailUK Tube Challenge 2009 Winner"

Pick colour scheme yourself, baring in mind the LU theme, and the colours on the forums.

Possibly the LU logo too?

the banner is graphics, not html. But I'll see what I can do, I don't have access to my main pc at the moment, so it may take a while
