Thanks, but where is the night shot at Derby? :???:
He might of mistaken the shot at Shrewsbury
Oh, fair enough
Top shot once again, Dave.
Yeah i think i'm losing my mind lol, dunno why i put Derby,i really don't! If it was yesterday probs cos i was watching the football lol I did mean Shrewsbury
A phot of the pair this morning, before working 2Q08 http://daviddawson.fotopic.net/p55752112.html
Don't worry, normal service will be resumed tomorrow night after I have uploaded tomorrows photo of the pair
Nice photo there Dave, looking forward to the video!
Another good one!
Cheers Mr G
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
And the video of the tractors starting up this morning. More to follow soon
Good video, shame about the skip
Aye, I was like "WTF? Since when do 37s sound like THAT?!", read the description and all was well. The 37s came out sounding bloody brilliant still mind, the left arm shot out in a flail at a speed I've never seen before! Nearly knocked my mug of tea out of my other hand!
Looks like it was well worth getting up and out early then Dave, I wish I could have been there. On the other hand, maybe it was a good thing I was still in bed, I'd have been bellowing a lot and potentially ruining the video!
I saw the 37s leave Shrewsbury yesterday, though I only managed to video/photo them leaving the siding ("platfrom 8") as by the time they came charging down the other side of the station towards Crewe Junction the train I was on was departing (the 37s were running a little late). Still, here's my video of them leaving the siding on the 8th...
Got a toot!
Cheers for the comments chaps
I'm slowly adding this weeks videos, mostly of the tractors, and one of 57316 leaving Shrewsbury.
They'll all be on here shortly http://uk.youtube.com/user/Slug901
Nice videos Mr D
Good videos there. Can't wait until it's daylight when the WAG express passes through Shropshire in the evening.
Personally David I'm going to wait untill you can get both runs in daylight, the livery isn't really a night time livery.
And my last comment has just been terminated
A shot of the WAG set being used as cover for a 175, seen at Shrewsbury last night.
Please tell me that wasn't on the 1935 Cardiff to Holyhead...
Nice shots there Dave
Ok, it wasn't. (It was really)
MegaGrr, I had planned on making it for that so I could make my earlier bus home. Mind, it might have been uber late and meant me missing it anyway!
Oh well, not a rare route or owt but would have liked to claim Hereford off 57315!
Due to the lack of anything not GM powered there has been a lack of updates, but yesterday night went out for 31105 on 4Z10, photo here http://daviddawson.fotopic.net/p55903463.html
Nice shot. Could do with having the colour levels tweaked a little, and maybe brightening the sky up a bit too. But that's just me being picky
37069 on it's jolly to Friog, via Barmouth today
Comments are most welcome
Top shots as usually Mr D. You got some good locations on the Cambrian.
Sure have, pity the sun didn't play ball for the the shots at Picnic Island and on the bridge, but we can't have it all
I'm hoping for a Type 3 appearance during next Sundays engineering blockade too!
Nice shots there of 37069 over Barmouth Bridge, you can just imagine the lovely noise off her reverberating off the hills.
You won't have to imagine it once I get the videos up
