Forgot to update this at the time but I heard back about my interview last month at KGX the day after, and was successful! I'm in Doncaster now as I am having my psychometrics here tomorrow

Same! I haven’t received any updates after video interview apart from the general email stating that it may take longer for them to get back. Should I just give up?

Hopefully a quick question for anyone who is currently with LNER; is there an easy way for you to direct me to their policy regarding pre-employment references?
I’m wanting to establish if they’ll ask for factual confirmation of employment, or whether there’s an aspect of vetting / character referencing.

It can be. Ive Got colleagues that finally got a start date 3 years after initial applications.

I've never waited this long with other applications however I'm guessing they are just waiting on potential dates for future courses etc before progressing anybody. Hopefully it's not to much longer

Still waiting for Newcastle as well. I was in contact with their HR about gcse certs last year and asked what the situation was a couple weeks ago as I hadn't heard anything. They just came back today saying application is still live so assuming the same for everyone and we just need to keep waiting

I’ve received an email saying they apologies for the wait, if you haven’t received a rejection email, it’s either still under review or are waiting for further interview dates.

Anyone else in the same boat?
