If you search for national rail timetable production schedule 2016, you should find a pdf which shows the key dates for the next three timetable changes. According to that the new NRT is published on Friday, 21st, so every TOC should have it up by then.

Well past performance hasn't indicated that!

However, I would expect most of the TOCs to get full pdf timetables up by the start of next week.

The weekdays are incorrect, not all diagrams run every day.
1V44/1S51 and 1V50/1E63 run all week
1V46/1S53 run Mondays
1V52/1E67 run Fridays

Saturdays are correct.

Sundays are incorrect, the Newquay is no longer an HST, the 1225 from Plymouth to Glasgow is instead.
Strange that after all this time, it has been decided that 1V52 0601 Glasgow is more deserving of an HST than 1V54 0632 Dundee on Fridays.

Regarding the XC HST for the summer, they have been altered in the last few weeks to reflect the above. I have updated it as such in the Frequently Requested Diagrams thread

Last few weeks? Reservations were available on these trains, with the "revised" diagrams at the beginning of March!

I'm pleased to see from GWR that the Weymouth Wizard and Pembroke Dock trains are going for another summer, but I can't see any obvious Class 57 hauled Exeter - Plymouth trips this year, have they been retired please?

Oh that is good news on HSTs going to Weymouth again. I think I'll have to book a Saturday off for that!

I see the 0818 from Betchworth (which was re-timed from 0819 at the last timetable) is now back at 0819 again from May 17th. That was worthwhile, then! More significantly, the short turn round for this train at Reading remains unchanged - a frequent source of delays on this notoriously unreliable train.

ATW are lagging behind as usual.

Well I'm not holding my breath for them! They are generally near the last to publish. A certain deceased member of this forum from North Wales used to go ballistic about it!!

Given that the Fishguard Sunday trains are still not right on the journey planners or real time trains, I can't say I'm too surprised!

I see what you mean. Up until yesterday a day train (ex Carmarthen) ran to Fishguard but didn't come back as if there was a magician at Fishguard who waved his wand and turned the train into a bus. Today, there is nothing at all showing to return.

There are a number of errors:

The 11:32 SuO Carmarthen-Fishguard has no return working from Fishguard - it vanishes into thin air.

Connections at Fishguard arriving/departing around 01:45/02:00 from Carmarthen and to Cardiff Central are still in the system on most Sunday mornings. These seem to either be bus replacements that magically change into trains or vice versa. These services won't operate at Fishguard surely as they were specifically ferry connections.

An arrival at 01:37 at Fishguard is in the system for each Monday morning from 12th June (22:30 ex-Cardiff Central on Sunday evenings) until 10th July with no return working - again this service is specifically for the ferry and surely won't operate to Fishguard.

I have let ATW know so hopefully they can fix them!

I suspect the Fishguard discrepancies are engineering retimings that were done before the boat related changes were confirmed.
The Sunday times look OK now, other than that.
;
Interestingly both the new 08.13 from Radyr and 08.13 from Barry involve crossovers not done by any other passenger service, while there is a new 06.31 Cardiff-Taffs Well which seems to be the only passenger train using the facing crossover there.
Another oddity is the 18.53 Ystradd Mynach-Cardiff which runs non-stop through Queen Street - possibly unprecedented for a service train?
;
The poster states that the 20.30 Shrewsbury-Aberystwyth will connect to Pwllheli, but RTT doesn't show it yet.

With the exception of the return Sunday daytime train, the Fishguard trains are indeed special timings - but they need to be cleared out asap - they're very confusing for passengers and frankly misleading.
