I find it very interesting that Apple products seem to be a benchmark for other products. Are Apple so good that when a non-apple product comes out, people check to see how they've performed against apple?

I'll repeat ... Apple in the heavy majority of cases will just give you a new handset if you go instore.The idea is that they don't keep the SIM when you hand the phone in for repairs, use a spare handset, hire one or give them your landline number as an alternative...

However - the simple fact that the media have hyped it up says it all.
I don't think i could cope with a phone without numbers...
