Must be the new experimental ultra-high-speed version of the Class 68, or one of these:

This was discovered a little while ago, and it seems that there is a multiplier of 2.24 floating around in the system: This was theorised as being due to speeds being given in metres per second, rather than miles per hour:

Got to admit that it is mildly amusing when you see, for example, a booked move for a solitary 153 showing a maximum timing speed of 168mph!

Who needs HS2 if Pacers can travel at 168mph?

It's been long established that the reported '168mph' max speed is a conversion error between km/h and mph.
