Sounds like a Time Lord. I expect it was probably something he was experimenting with. Probably nothing to be worried about,
too much.
Actually he did look a bit like Tom Baker

I've seen a bunch of Klingons come off a train at Canterbury East once (shame i never had my camera with me). Although would Oompa Loompas at Romford count (oh wait that's normal for essex )
(Just in case anyone is from essex that was meant as a joke )
I've seen Mario and Luigi before now, and not just once either. I don't think they've ever been accompanied by Princess Peach though.
We could revisit the thread with photos of the Grand Central Halloween Special, where staff and passengers were, apparently, very eager to present themselves in outrageous and bizzare make up and costumes.
Oddest passengers on Public Transport? - Enthusiasts!
Then there was the time when I carried a bag of bread rolls, a suitcase, three waterproof kit bags, a rucksack with an enormous container of shower gel fastened to it (don't ask) and a sleeping bag between Euston and London Bridge...
On the 17:25 from Exmouth to Barnstaple today two men got on at Topsham dressed as plastic green toy soldiers! They'd spray painted themselves green, were wearing backpacks and steel helmets, and carrying toy guns. As you can imagine they received a few bemused looks!
Are you sure they didn't get on at Lympstone Commando?
I was thinking that too!
Not seen anyone too odd myself, although whenever I do a Devon ranger involving a trip out to Honiton there is often a woman who boards the train back who I see a couple of times later on in the day, notably at Totnes and Exeter (I think she also does the 10:46 XC HST Southbound)
There are those who find some of the people heading to the same gigs as me look a bit odd but I couldn't possibly comment (7 foot bloke in a skirt, check; 18 inch blue mohican, check).
