example the 1R54 ..... to ..... would loke to know more about it all.

Are you trying to find out the descriptions of specific trains, or rather a broader overview of how the system works and what each character signifies?

There's a pretty good overview on Wikipedia. I'm not listing individual workings though, or I'll be here all week!!

It's difficult to understand what you're asking for, but if you want to know how headcodes are allocated, there are some previous threads on the subject including:

I just had a quick look at that old that old topic,
and immediately noticed that it gave a 'for example'
headcode of 1R54, just like the OP on this topic!
