Can I use my STD ticket in 1ST if it has plus high speed endorsed on the ticket.

HS1 trains don't have First Class anyway. If you are referring to other Southeastern services, then No. You must have a First Class ticket to be in areas marked as First Class. (unless it is declassified like on the Sheerness line)

No, you can't. It is an endorsement to allow you to travel on HS1, not an endorsement for a class upgrade. You will need an actual First Class ticket.

It only works the other way round. Some First Class tickets are valid on High Speed regardless of routing shown on the ticket. The Southeastern website isn't particularly clear on which tickets that extends to.
