They don't have the full legislative powers that the Scottish Government does in that they can't make laws (because Scots law is separate from English & Welsh Law), although I do think that they should.
Hmm I suppose so, but still the Assembly does have considerable powers over matters internal to Wales. However we are wandering quite a bit of course from the point of the thread so I propose we leave the politics alone and focus on the facts!
