Well the closest I can think of is Salisbury. It meets all the clues except that two of its six platforms are bays rather than one.

Possibly Taunton? six platforms but two bays, one of those bays is no longer in passenger use.

Yes you are correct, it was Salisbury and yes I unfortunately said 1 bay platform rather than 2, my apologises for the error.

Clue 2: this station is served by 4 TOCs and a fifth passes through non stop.
