This rule extract always confuses me in what it intends to state.
It's self-explanatory. You can't re-board a service we've just alighted. However, in my scenario, it was a new service with a new headcode and the same unit forming the next service so we were guaranteed to catch it. The previous headcode was 2L28, the next one was 2N23.

We then take the 10 minute (0.4 mile) walk to the Rose and Crown for our overnight break then board the 0850 National Express Service 112 to Digbeth, Birmingham Coach Station, arriving there at 1400 on Tuesday.
Leaving the coach station, we next board the 1413 National Express West Midlands service 60 to Cranes Park (Cranes Park Road/Dovercourt Road), arriving there at 1452 on Thursday.

Walking round the corner onto Sheaf Lane we head to the Deepdale Ave stop where we board service 73 at 1643. We alight at Heartlands Hospital stop HN at 1709 on Tuesday, bringing back memories of an unscheduled arrival there in an ambulance after falling over on a canal towpath....

Sorry! @Hamma52’s post got stuck in the spam filter due to the use of the word University… can we continue from:

Hadn't realised that University was such a contentious word :D

Hoping there is no more spam 8-) we take the regular but infrequent opportunity to leave Gloucester on a Voyager, by departing at 2205 on Cross Country's 1V70 towards Bristol. We alight at Bristol Parkway at 2231 on Tuesday.

It's probably worth just deleting this at this point. Lesson learned, I'll never mention Un*versity station in Birmingham again!
