Anyone able to suggest what this is?

any idea what is on this?: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/r57731/2017/08/10/advanced
thanks in advance
Pretty sure it's a Network Rail track machine/MPV. Freightmaster Mark will know for sure, though...
I think Swindon Transfer is one of the GWML electrification bases.
Yes. Track machines have their own assigned headcodes, but I don't know which ones are designated to either 6H07 or 6H08.
Correct - 6H0x headcodes are used for the Windhoff 'high output'Pretty sure it's a Network Rail track machine/MPV. Freightmaster Mark will know for sure, though...

U r right - 59005 6V18.Could I please ask what Class 59 was on this (612E 1120 Allington A.R.C. Sdg. to Whatley Quarry). I think it was 59 005.
Correct - 6H0x headcodes are used for the Windhoff 'high output'
electrification trains, but as far as I am aware they do not operate
in a fixed formation (unlike, say a rail grinder), as I have seem reports
of them formed of anything from three to six modules.
Just to confuse matters further, they also carry RIV numbers (70.9131.xxx)
on each vehicle!
