To be fair, TOPS itself has some interesting ideas of where locos are sometimes...!

I think as long as folk know that as with all data it's not 100% accurate (and if they want that level of accuracy it needs corroborating, preferably with Mk 1 Eyeball or other photographic/video evidence!)

Thanks, original service (2L67 1745 Cheltenham to Maesteg) was cut at Cardiff due to trespassers. 150230 was working it but left Cardiff towards Canton depot. Would have been immensely annoyed if it was sent direct to Bridgend to pick up Maesteg from there!

The trespassers were at Pyle so wouldn't have affected this route. The problem was a widespread signalling failure throughout South Wales which affected Signaller/Crossing phone communications.
