Hello, don’t know about feedback.Ah sorry man! I guess they dont offer feedback?
Pointless trying to second guess. Just must not have ticked the boxes. At least you haven’t had the rejection e-mail after the interview. This makes me nervous... i thought mine went quite well!!
Sorry to hear. You should be able to get interview feedback if you contact them. I strongly advise you ask for it as it will inevitably help for future applications/interviews.Hello, don’t know about feedback.
The ‘feedback’ as the interview went along was good I thought.

Really sorry to hear that best of luck next timeI got the 'thanks but no thanks' last night. Felt the interview went well and I have good railway experience but you never know what they're looking for. Hopefully get some feedback for next time.
Good luck to everyone still in the running.
Sry to hear thatBest luck next time buddyHello
I have e-mailed and requested feedback.

My brother has been confirmed through to psychometric assessments in the next few weeks. They’re taking 45 through, anyone else?
Another interview after psychometrics? As that felt like a DMI to me... very strange
Yeah it was explained to us on the Zoom interview, Testing, MMI, Medical and Ref check.
the MMI is part of the psychometrics I thought? So therefore it’s not a DMI?
I'm through also, sure I remember there being 30 jobs in total , there is one more interview in the process.
Those who go to DMI will be assessed against the criteria but should have a very good chance of getting a job.I think they could possibly put 12 on a course who score the highest and then others who pass the psychs in a talent pool for more courses that come up while ECT get set up? I'm not sure, I did hear 12 also though when asking about how many ECT are looking to recruit. I have also passed through to the psycs, I must admit I am very nervous. I've been on the railway about 4 years now and this is the most nervous I have ever been putting in for a role.
I found this Thread helpful though with what to expect on the day, The second Post by Driver2B.
Trainee train driver assessment day
Hi there Not to sure if I’m posting for on the correct forum. I’m currently revising for a trainee train job, and have an assessment day booked in. Can anyone help me with what I will be walking into? What tests they do mainly? I have been revising tests but just feel some more info...www.railforums.co.uk

Out of interest, anyone know if they'll be looking for an enhanced pass like TPE or a base pass mark? And have the T&Cs been released yet or the wage structure?
I've still not heard either way yet, but will wait and see. Just out of interest when are people doing the psychometric tests?
