Hi all,

Congratulations to those who received that email! I am still waiting for my first interview dates, is anyone else still in this position? I've only been told I passed the application and that was some months ago.

Today I have received my date for my medical... fingers crossed! Strict diet now until it happens.

I received my letter regarding medical on Thursday also. My medical date is 26th July. I'm going for Worcester depot.

On the 27th July. Looks like September start that was rumoured might be right?

I've tried the link you posted but there's nothing showing for that job or
How often do these positions come up? And other than the LM website is there anywhere else we should be looking? Also does anyone know how long you have to wait after passing the assessment for the trainee senior conductor role at LM before getting news of an interview? And then how long before training? And how strict are they on the 'no holidays for 12 weeks during training rule' as we have a week booked in October. Thanks

So I was told at work this afternoon there is a course starting either this week or next and a course at the beginning of September a possibly another after that but not sure of the date.
Which depot are you coming to ?

Birmingham New St. Don't know about all 3 but I'm fairly certain there is one starting early September.

Monday September 5th to be precise. I'm pretty sure there is a course starting then for Birmingham New Street. Oh yes, did I mention that I'm on said course?

Hi All,
New to the Forum and only just found this Thread!
I'm one of the New Street Summer 2015 applicants and have been going through the process for the past year. I was in the same batch as Villafan10 and at Watford where there were mixed Depot applicants but all Summer 2015 applicants on our day.
I've got my Medical this Tuesday and am also trying to keep my weight down!!! Nervous/excited!
In my DM Interview they said they were looking to on board applicants ASAP and depending on timing with Medicals/References etc, there may be a course late September/early October......I know this can change!
Good Luck with the Medicals and keep us updated on the outcome/Course dates.

Medical today... passed. 4-5 days for drug test which I know will come back fine. Good luck to all over the next few days.

Passed the Medical today. Just the Drugs test to wait on. The hearing test was like a concentration test at Watford! Good Luck All!

Hearing, eye sight, colour vision, weight, height, Ecg, urine test for Diabeties and then sent away for drug test. Balance and movement of head, kneck and what not.
Hand stands, cartwheels & skip on the way out after passing

Hi mate...I think I sat next to you at Watford??

Nothing physically demanding at all.....Breathalyser, Drugs Urine, Eye sight/colour, Hearing, BMI, Blood Pressure and ECG. Took about 1hr 15mins.

I don't think we will be getting anything in the next week... I was told the Sept and Oct courses are full and that they were preparing people for 2017 courses.

If that's true... could be end of the year b4 we get anything else

Spoke to a pal who's been at the academy this week. He asked the question and was told they had filled the courses for Sept and Oct and we're doing medicals this week for 2017s intake.

This was yesterday.
