Even if it was an employer - bought season ticket?
I suppose not if the employer bought it for the employee. But in the companies I've worked in, season tickets were available by way of an interest-free loan, so it would be the employee's details rather than the company.

Have you had an update on this?
If you are in need of advice please start your own thread and we will be happy to assist. We ask for only one case to be discussed in each thread to avoid confusion because experience has taught us that no two cases are ever quite the same, despite how similar they might seem at first.

Thanks but I am asking for an update on the case listed in this thread.

Have you received a follow up?

Who are you asking? Follow up to what?

If you have a situation where you need advice from people here, please start your own thread; the rules here preclude more than one issue per thread in this sub-forum.

Just received today a follow-up email and a couple of things stand out to me as strange.

1. States they haven’t received a reply since 22/08 even thought they sent me the email on 16/07 so this is a big difference

2. They gave me 7 days to reply and it has been 50 days. Even if the email was sent on 22/08 again the 7 days would be long gone

3. Says in the email that one of the options is no action taken and case closed so they surely don’t have anything

Seems all very strange to me and I have checked again it is 100% a legit email but just seems very unprofessional.

My thought at this point is to just not reply again

Thanks for any help & suggestions

The only way you'll know you're in the clear is if 6 months pass without them taking out a prosecution.

My situation is exactly the same as this OP so all the advice given I am taking on board. Wondering what happened after you didn’t respond?

As per forum rules you are advised to start your own thread as no 2 situations are the same and thus your own thread will obtain the most relevant advise you your particular situation

The OP hasn't been back for over 2 months - 4 months from the original query.

This could mean
(1) nothing at all has happened, and GA have insufficient evidence to prosecute
(2) the OP has stopped short-faring, GA have noticed the changed behaviour and have achieved their main objective so are not pursuing (#1 also applies!)
(3) the OP has decided there is no point in updating the thread.
(4) something else that I haven't thought of :)
