I saw it when I went past on Ilkeston Flyer into Derby around 11 am. Seems to have moved since as when I got 32 into Chaddesden (3pm ish) it had gone. Wonder why it has "DO NOT ENTER". I am also assuming that's the one that will be on display tomorrowAh well, they already seem to have Villager Enviro 200MMC 305 on show at Meadow Road, allowing a through the fence shop. But DO NOT ENTER.
They haven't confirmed it yet, apparently still in negotiationsAre TB continuing on the £2 fare scheme after the end of the month?
That is what I have heard as well. Apparently Trent are going to be at the parish council meeting in Hilton on Wednesday. Maybe they will bring one of the new buses.Rumored start date is the 30th but we will see....
Wonder if the "return" of 826 is why Littles Tempo B1 is still on loan?826 has been spotted on the back row of Langley Mill, assuming it’s been taken off of Notts&Derby for repaint.
If everything goes to plan it should join 827 at Derby & be allocated to V3s
They wont get electric buses as the mileage wont be able to cover the requirements needed for Trent bartonSomething like evoras or yutong E12s would be better for the sixes.
Goodness me- short notice! They’ve now posted a date, Saturday the 22nd of June (tomorrow)

It's time to celebrate our brand new villager buses You can find us at Derby Market Place this Saturday between 9am - 4pm with a whole bunch of fun goodies to give away! Come along and take a...www.facebook.com
Further on from this, after speaking to a member of staff at Derby, all vehicles feature a landmark (from across the route) & an animal. 301 is a bird, 302 has a badger & 305 is a fox (my personal favourite one). Also to be noted with the villager ADLs (301-5) that all the circle branding is different..
Do they ever give much notice?Goodness me- short notice!

NCT gave a month's notice for the Yutong launch- obviously higher profile but less than a day is pretty short noticedo they ever give much notice?
The event in the Market Place may well double the footfall (well apart from the enthusiasts)...The local businesses would welcome that (if there are any left)Goodness me- short notice!
I quite like these new landmark/animal 'circles' giving each one its own identity. Crashed as in driven into something?Optare versa 846 just crashed on the Red arrow
YeahCrashed as in driven into something?
At least Optare Versa 846 made it back to Derby, just 20 minutes late. It now appears to have come off the roadYeah
If they don’t, I think they will lose a lot of passengers, especially in areas where they are in competition with other companies that are continuing the £2 fare until the end of December. Stagecoach East Midlands, Nottingham City Transport and Arriva Derby are continuing it and so Trent Barton would likely lose lots of passengers to their competitors on some routes out of Nottingham, Mansfield and Derby. Are TB continuing on the £2 fare scheme after the end of the month?
Yeah it's still driveable just a bit of the front end damaged. Luckily no one was hurt.At least Optare Versa 846 made it back to Derby, just 20 minutes late. It now appears to have come off the road
Good job it wasn't a coach, else it could have been off for a year. With 846, they will probably take a part off 841.Yeah it's still driveable just a bit of the front end damaged. Luckily no one was hurt.
Aha yeah the coach behind didn't stop to pick us up off it though. It did happen in a dangerous spot though so getting loads of passengers to change vehicle while cars were speeding up onto the A52 would of been bad and only done unless completely necessary. As well as it would of been blocking the road up more with a coach, versa and a car all stopped.Good job it wasn't a coach, else it could have been off for a year. At least they have put the front back, on 88.Aha yeah the coach behind didn't stop to pick us up off it though. You say about the coaches, currently 85 has no mot so they could of took a part of that since it will probably be longer till that returns to service than 88.
Why was it off, what happened to it?At least they have put the front back, on 88.
Some always seem to be off. Was it 82 or 83 that was off for a year? I think they had Volvo in to help sort them out, but this afternoon, only 3 were tracking. Still, maybe ,73 will be able to help out soon. Why was it off, what happened to it?
Yeah I noticed. 82 last year and its come back with no cab door. This morning I seem to remember there being quite a few on the service (7 or 8 I don't fully recall) then got on 846 and 87 pulled in next to us so I got wifi for a quick second and had a look and there were 6. Seems to have dropped to 4 now with 269 stopping tracking in Nottingham and 847 stopping tracking right after leaving the bus station. Compared to yesterday they had a full 9 busses on for most of the day. Some always seem to be off. Was it 82 or 83 that was off for a year? Interesting to see what is actually working on Red Arrow. The 18.20 ex Derby ran and tracked as 717. 269 should have worked the 18.30, but hasn't tracked. Trentbarton live times showed a time, not counting down, same with 18.45 and 19.05, but next one that is counting down showed as in about 50 minutes time. You can see what people mean when they say buses just vanish. Well Trentbarton themselves say, if it just shows a time, it probably isn't coming.Yeah I noticed. 82 last year and its come back with no cab door. 269 is back tracking on the 19.15 to derby. I assume it had a problem and went to Nottingham depot to get it fixed269 should have worked the 18.30, but hasn't tracked.
I did see a picture of Skylink 744 on Facebook. Its not my photo and I haven't asked permission so I'm not going to send it on here but 744 is back at Nottingham
