(Carved out from another current thread about choosing the "safest" place to travel on a train)...

Must be a few routes across the network. Some examples...

Middlesbrough -> Whitby (Northern service, train reverses at Battersby Junction):

Leeds -> Manchester Victoria via Calder Valley (Northern service, train reverses at Bradford Interchange);

Manchester Piccadilly -> Bournemouth (XC service, train reverses at Reading).

Any others? N.B. Not looking for historic such services, just ones currently or in the last few years.

The Ayr-Edinburgh services pre-covid reversed at Glasgow Central, and the Dumbarton Central to Cumbernauld services about 2 years ago, reversed at Springburn.

The Liverpool - Norwich previously mentioned can also have an additional reversal at Nottingham if diverted via Syston between Nottingham and Peterborough

Caley Sleeper:
Euston Edinburgh reverses at Carstairs
Euston Fort William / Aberdeen / Inverness all reverse in Edinburgh.

Does anything still go round the Rose St curve and reverse to access Inverness station?

Glasgow to Girvan/Stranraer via Kilmarnock reverse at Kilmarnock

Manchester Picc to Hadield reverses at Glossop, and the peak Man Picc to Man Picc trains reverse at both Hadfield and Glossop

Plus some night trains York to Man Airport reverse at Leeds if booked via Castleford
Manchester Airport-To Numerous destinations reverse at Manchester Piccadilly terminus platforms.
Only to Sheffield/Cleethorpes plus anything to Leeds etc via Guide Bridge e.g. probably some of the 'night' trains or during engineering diversions.

Nottingham - Skegness at Grantham (though it is possible to avoid by taking the third side of the triangle at Allington).

LNER services to/from Braford, Skipton and Harrogate all reverse at Leeds.

Anything going anywhere via Bradford Interchange (it's a terminus, so no option!).
