Well these passengers on the DB train at Frankenstadion station in Nurnberg would have a pretty good view of the Norisring street circuit:

A contender I would have if not mentioned already is Stark's Park in Kirkcaldy (home of Raith Rovers FC). I think you can see the pitch in between the gap of the stands.

Another pitch you could maybe used to see is Station Park (home of Forfar Athletic, and which has a stand called the Railway End) from passing trains and also one that called at the station (that backed onto the park). Obviously, that would have been back in the second half of the 1960s before the Scottish Midland Junction route fell victim to the Beeching axe.

Been there twice...fair play
..the old Brockville at Falkirk had great view from behind the goal from the line
