Where is Mersey Railway 0-6-4T No.5 "Cecil Raikes"

Hi everyone, I have Preserved Locomotives of British Railways book, I was try to find my next steam train Mersey Railway 0-6-4T No.5 "Cecil Raikes" to meet and take photo. But I could not find anywhere museum in UK and Ireland. Have it been export to other country? if anyone know where the location is I would be very appreciate to share with me and other people.

Wow what a beast of a loco, wonder what its performance stats were like for that era.

Apparently they had some of the largest cylinders of the period at 21”x 26”, which with relatively small driving wheels of 4’ 7” and a boiler pressure of 150 lb must have made them some of the most powerful locos in the country.
