MAN/E300's 24161/2/4 from Gillmoss have gone to Hull (24163 is supposed to have gone as well but could still be at Gillmoss according to elsewhere). Tridents 18378/41/2 have arrived at Birkenhead ex Gillmoss, presumably replacing the '04'plates 18147/9-51 (at least) which are said to be leaving the fleet imminently although where to isn't known yet

It would appear to be cheaper to buy a whole bus and then scrap the carcass than to just buy a new/reconditioned engine.

Interesting that there is a variety between the interior with the newest ones having the high style seating, however the 15 reg ones simply came with the bog standard seating(apart from the 36 liveried ones which have comfortable fabric high style seating).

At least three of Kendal's green-liveried MX05 / MX55 registered deckers on the Kendal - Barrow 6/X6 services yesterday afternoon (24/6/16). Were there availability problems at Barrow?
