No. We have Local Council membership cards for Gym, Swimming, Library services etc.
But these are locally controlled services not available throughout England. The Bus Pass covers the whole of the country. Is it really cheap to put so many dissimilar services onto one card?Yes which is so inefficient and a waste of money

Do the English cards also cover Council tax, Library services, Council sport centres, which are common with Scottish cards?
Why would that be an aim when the card is only for people "of an age" and a lot of those don't take the opportunity up?.A publicly stated aim of ENCTS (which is issued locally by councils don't forget) was to integrate services like this onto the same card.
