The 158s on loan to FSR look as if they will be remaining with FSR for the forseeable future, so will be on a similar arrangement with Northern as the 322s are with NXEA
It's a shame something can't be brought in like this on a national level, to make the network appear more unified and integrated.
FGW have not loaned any units to Northern, they have gone for good.Does seem rather ironic that FGW has loaned 158s to Northern, and Northern has loaned units to FSR
Painting already just painting trains into another livery.
It'll be the staff uniforms changing colours next.
The next company that takes over the franchise will just change the colours again.
I know they say they won't but they will.
1. The trains will be redone when they need it! (Routine maintenece and that includes livery)

Aren't the trains still being operated by First though?
