Is there a fleet list for the bus and coach side of the company can any assist
like any company that works for First businesses, they are vetted, checked and screened before being allowed to complete work - we have been, and have signed various agreements and NDA’s to work with them, and simply, we do a good job.It appears that Rhys hasn’t improved his social media skills.
‘Not sure what point the
@NewportBus
travel centre is, lady was very unhelpful, no timetables, wouldn’t give change for exact fare buses and don’t sell tickets.’
It was a genuine enquiry, then followed up by their MD to me via email - as a customer, it was a very frustrating experience.
And ‘ @ikeasupport I couldn’t be bothered to wait anymore, so took the stuff without paying. Ta for the free ****’ Cannot find this comment on any thread I have sent to IKEA.
Both recent tweets and this one from a while back that really does speak volumes. ‘FirstBSA oh I dunno, I attempted to rip some stupid chink driver through the plastic screen the other day! 5:25 PM - 18 Nov 2014’ Also, cannot find this on any thread.
All of the above are not the kind of thing that most people would post on social media or send to a company, let alone a company director who contracts to First Rail Support, Last Mile and other enterprises.
Why drag up a tweet that is 4 years old? Can't see that it is relevant to the discussion? It appears that Rhys hasn’t improved his social media skills.

Re Newport, Rhys makes a very valid point. Perhaps not in the way I would, but it would be boring if we were all the same
PS I have no links to Rhys, but it does seem that sometimes people will clutch at tenuous straws to make a point ...
So your vehicle didn't break down then and the customer was mistaken but it's best to keep schtum then................it's rarely good PR to argue with customers - often best just to let sleeping dogs lie. If he was making a massive thing about it then maybe, but looking at the replies his main beef seems to be about full buses driving past, which isn't really something we can comment on.

Saw one of your vehicles helping out on the U1 last night too, obviously any agreement you have with them is probably commercially sensitive, but I do wonder how long the situation with third parties helping First out with that service can go on for! (though that is a question for the First thread, and as such posted there).
Hi Rhys,From next week we have two optares and a plaxton president on the U1’s and U2’s for the next month. It’s my understanding the .coaches are stood down from tomorrow.
Service 349 (Evening service to Park Estate)
Monday to Saturday evening journeys after 2000, which operate around Keynsham will be operated in a different format.
Between approximately 2015 and 2315, a taxi provided by City Fox on contract to First West of England will operate every 30 minutes around Keynsham and will provide connections to and from Service 39. First-issued tickets valid to Keynsham Church will enable complementary travel to Park Estate.
This innovative approach allows First to continue to provide an evening service for people in Park Estate.

It’s getting boring seeing his past dragged up. I’m sure Rhys is the first person to admit his past errors of his way. Looking in to his operations things appear to be going well. He’s got a fairly modern fleet, both taxis and buses, and seems to be maturing.
It’s good to see his past aspirations being put into practice. He’s obviously passing due diligence to get these contracts.
The TC has invited Cityfox to an inquiry on 16 November 2018. S14 consideration of an new application under Section 14. This is possibly concerning the new operators licence applied for. https://www.vehicle-operator-licensing.service.gov.uk/view-details/licence/500848
Page 14 of the latest Western N&P has the inquiry info. https://assets.publishing.service.g...a/file/753250/np-2671-1-novmber-2018.pdf..pdf
Having read many of these posts I really must ask- what do you personally have against Mr Hand?Given how Mr. Siddaway behaved during his Upper Tribunal Hearing in 2015 http://administrativeappeals.decisions.tribunals.gov.uk/Aspx/view.aspx?id=4559
It’s odd that Rhys wants to be taken seriously and surrounds himself with industry people who frankly should know better (Some other well respected current Directors have also expressed concern) and yet he has a TM who barely holds repute.
Yes, they’ll be some who say I’m ‘clutching at tenuous straws’ as commented above but as the saying goes, there’s no smoke without fire.
Yes, maybe an appropriate all over advert for Cityfox vehicle should be for "Swan Vestas"............Yes, they’ll be some who say I’m ‘clutching at tenuous straws’ as commented above but as the saying goes, there’s no smoke without fire.
Versa YJ14BHN has recieved branding for the new Newport service.
Are additional vehicles being acquired for this service??
One awaits the result of last weeks TC hearing.
YJ62 FAM, BG14 OOU & OOJ have been acquired and will be transferred to Newport shortly. Another B7rle to follow in the next few days.
The Public inquiry is a genuine news item and it’s inappropriate to suggest mentioning it is ‘trolling’.
I’m flattered that you have spent the time to count my posts and mentions of ‘the fox’.
