Had last week,Anyone had there medical yet and can tell me what to expect ?
Had last week,
Very straightforward,
Fill up Questionnaire
Blood pressure check
Weight and height check
Eye side check (Seeing a chart and reading out alphabets from few meters)
Colour blind (Reading numbers of a book presented and shown by the nurse)
Ecg
Urian sample donation
Seeing a doctor who will do few more checks.
Nothing to worry if you don't have any medical history.

Can’t answer for all companies, but they’ll likely measure your BMI, but not base much on it as long as you’re fit and healthy (so as to be able to climb in and out of cans etc). This is an area I’m less worried about when (hopefully) the time comes, and my BMI is about 34, meaning I’m obese. This is why BMI is inaccurate. I could be a body builder and still have the same BMI, as it stands I’m 5”7’ and 14 stone (obese, but only technically). I think therm ‘obese’ in these situations is a bit OTT to be fair. This is very informative and detailed. I have my dmi this week, then hopefully medical. I am a bit worried about the weight measurements. How strict is that? Are they doing bmi or just looking for reasonable fitness?
