Matt I thought your true love was Laura Robson?

I seem to recall the Wimbledon thread got somewhat bogged down by your postings on the matter ;)

My wife who has turned 42 today. The best thing i ever did was to ask her out on a date. She's pretty, loyal, funny and kind and has given me three wonderful children. And she puts up with football and trains!

I've hopefully selected pictures that should be SFW, but be careful if you search for some other shots (especially for Miss Bellucci)

Bourbon - both the spirit and the biscuit

Charlotte Wessels (the lead singer from Delain) is my choice:

I do have a soft spot for Jo Joyner who plays Tanya in EastEnders.

As do I! No idea why I like her, she's just as chavtastic as the rest of the nitwits who inhabit Albert Square

I would also like to add Heike Makatsch to my ever growing list.

Jarod Leto.....Lead singer with 30 seconds to Mars.

Gethin Jones....

Laurence Fox....

And one i really shouldn't admit to....Martin Clunes. Think its the Doc Martin character he plays, it just makes him more attractive!

Well, I must admit, I do have a thing at the moment for Russell Tovey (plays the werewolf in "Being Human" on BBC3).

I don't do fancying. All of my relationships* have developed from close friendships, and then turned back into friendship when they ended. Which shows that my fetish is being an awesome mate.

I'd like to have taken things further with a couple of my friends. Alas they all seem to prefer women for some reason

I really shouldn't say most of this. Generally, about one third of the women I've ever seen, let alone met (I think that's about average). More specifically, there are a good couple of hundred who I'd like to have tried it on with, indeed I did on a few occasions, but it went nowhere. However, there's nine in particular. I won't name any names, but I spent a whole year living in the next room from one, and she would hardly give me the time of day. She had a friend who was just as stunning, but far more sympathetic - I've kicked myself ever since.

Common factor, most of them have had absolutely nothing in common with me. They're mostly outgoing socialites who wouldn't be seen dead on the end of a platform, and miles out of my league.

Honestly, only I could go onto a fun thread like this and end up depressed.

A bit like me, except I also have the incredible knack of asking out women who are already taken...

One girl I know is now marrying another woman - and I'm invited. Not sure whether to laugh or cry when I found out.

Another odd thing is that I always say I prefer brunettes, aesthetically at least, but the ones I've made the biggest fool of myself over have all been blonde.

Apart from the five ladies I posted pics of, and Jo Joyner, I think I would round out my Top Ten with Rachel Riley from Countdown, Sally Bercow, Cerys Matthews and Nicola Roberts.

Don't worry, I know of a few people who have created threads on depression that evolve around exactly the same subject, so don't worry about that. :)

For me it's the actress who played Lady Heather in a couple of episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, can't for the life of me remember her name but she's a gem.... not just gorgeous, she oozes self confidence ;)
