I was told that Siemens were dictating quality control, not Northern which is why 001 took so long to re-enter service.Nope, same people managing the 333 refurbs as the rest of the fleet refurbs.
I'm talking about the fully refurbed ones. They didn't strip interior panels to paint them on some trains, they just left them in situ and it's caused cracks in the paint to appear. Poor job and those who did it (might be Brodies) should be stripped of the contract.I guess your on about the sprinters that haven't received a full interior refurb yet (no new seat covers or linos)
