Maybe, but when I say "senior" I do mean "very senior indeed" and I'd expect him to know exactly what is going on.
You'll actually find that the higher up in a large company you get, the less you know about the operations.
Just how long did TfL think that CrossRail was going to be on time?

I’ve heard rumours that 93001 arrives at Portbury Docks on Monday, and heads north Tuesday.

Unsure of my road or dragged by rail also unsure of destination.

An update from the CEO of ROG in a LinkedIn post

"93001 successfully underwent its final inspection at Stadler's stunning facility in Valencia recently and is currently underway to the UK (half way across the Bay of Biscay for those interested in that sort of thing!). 93002 left Valencia ahead of her stablemate a few weeks ago and is currently undergoing initial testing at the Faurei testing centre in Romania."

Could have pit the number in the middle rather than to the one side behind all the gumf.

Any more clues given as to their prospective workflows?

Stock moves? That’s all ROG have at the minute. I can see them being hired to Freightliner for London Gateway - Crewe though? If that’s a possibility.
Will they be powerful enough to haul a fully laden container train?

Yes. easily! Almost twice as much on electric as a 66 at the rail, and enough on diesel + battery to get up to Linespeed on the Gateway branch as quick as a 66. Probably wouldn’t lose much time compared to a 66 on the Felixstowe line or Nuneaton - Hams Hall / Lawley St.

Seems a bit of overkill for what they will end up doing then

The indications I’ve had are that the Class 37s (for the time being, at least) will be retained. Hence why I still wonder where the initial Class 93s could be deployed.

I actually like the green. It's each to their own.
I agree, looks really good. Front end looks a bit messy with all the coupling equipment, but over all a good looking loco.

On the move now?

I live in Nottingham so not a trek for me to see it
Don’t know when it’s moving, but expect to be straight inside the buildings there out of view.

Ok thanks.

If I could get a rough idea of timings I’d try and take a pic of its arrival
